I know very well the district where this apartment is located. It's really one of the nicest residential areas of the city. Around the apartment you'll find shops, bars, restaurants, banks. The stadium is close as well some gardens where you can practice sports. The city center is at 10 minutes by bike from the flat! Very good quality/price ratio. Perfect for students.
